Wellspring commemorates Dublin as a major stopover in the past for migrating birds.  Dublin and the surrounding area was a wetland up until the 1940’s.

Wellspring creates an uplifting, colorful and visually compelling work of art that is a symbolic beacon for the residents of West Dublin Bart Apartments and for people traveling to and from the BART Station.
